5. Manage Weight: Maintaining a healthy weight can reduce your risk of heart disease and other chronic conditions.

6. Control Cholesterol: High cholesterol can lead to plaque buildup in your arteries. A healthy diet, exercise, and, if needed, medication can help you manage your cholesterol levels.

7. Manage Blood Sugar: Uncontrolled diabetes can damage your blood vessels and increase your risk of heart disease. It’s crucial to manage your blood sugar through diet, exercise, and medication.

8. Manage Blood Pressure: High blood pressure is often called the “silent killer” because it has no symptoms. Regular monitoring and treatment are essential.
